Bill Morrison is currently a GM with RLStevens & Associates, a national career consulting firm in its 28^th year. Prior to joining RLS he was President of the Management Development Group of Boston, a New England based boutique consulting firm specializing in management development, organizational design, and re-engineering change management.  Bill was also a Senior Lecturer at Northeastern University, currently a Senior Lecturer at Champlain College in VT, and prior, as the Associate Director of the New York Management Center for the American Management Association, spent seven years in NYC working with COO’s for both profit and non-profit organizations on long range planning for management and organizational development.  Prior to his work at the AMA, Bill spent twelve years in the human resources field managing employee relations, labor relations, professional recruiting and employee benefits at Wang Laboratories and General Dynamics.  He has B.S. and M.S. degrees from Springfield College and has almost completed his Ph.D. at Boston University.  Bill is also an active member of the Career Masters Institute (CMI) and Career Directors International, formerly the Professional Resume Writers and Research Association (PRWRA). languages.
